About the English Seminar Library
The English Seminar Library, located on the top floor of building 404 (Sal), contains approximately 50,000 volumes, 135 periodical subscriptions (journals and ejournals), 1000 reprints and 200 videos and DVDs. The collection includes English and American literary works, critical writings and a serious selection of books on linguistics. We also have books on science, art, theatre music and history.
Our aim is to provide up-to-date research tools for B.A. students, graduate students and faculty. The library serves the entire student body and faculty of Bar-Ilan University, as well as students and faculty from other universities through interlibrary loan. Library services include circulation, information on bibliographical reference works, and instruction on online databases.
Reserve Shelves and Required Books
The reserve shelves offer students easy access to the materials they need for their courses. Many of the required books listed by professors for their classes can be found there, arranged under the professor's name.
