BA

Applicants for undergraduate programs must have their high school diploma, proven ability for academic study, and knowledge of English. Generally, this means submitting scores on the Bagrut and the Israeli University Entrance Examination (the Psychometric test).

  1. For those applicants who attended a high school in Israel, the Department will normally require a mark of 8.5 on the five-point English Bagrut, 120 on the English Psychometric, and 550 on the general Psychometric.
  2. For those who attended high school in an English-speaking country, the department expects a GPA of 3.0, and a minimum of 550 for the English SAT.
  3. For those transferring from other universities within Israel, the Department requires an average of 70 (though transfer of course credits is subject to departmental approval).
